Barcelo Maya Palace – My daughter wanted a destination wedding in Mexico but we had no idea where to start. We contacted Jay and he took care of everything for us. He suggested Barcelo Maya Palace in Riviera Maya. It was more beautiful than we ever expected. Jay coordinated the air transportation for all the guests and upgraded us all to more expensive rooms. He surprised the bride and groom with an amazing suite that over looked the ocean. The wedding and reception details were carried out to our exact specifications. Dream Wedding. From the moment we got engaged my Husband and I knew that we wanted to get married barefoot on the beach. Destination wedding in Riviera Maya: Life became too demanding to schedule my own vacation let alone my Destination wedding so I left it in the hands of Jay at Grand Travel. I got very lucky! He was awesome and understood my needs and desires for a relaxing vacation and met all of my guidelines (price, quality and flight times). Double Destination Wedding – Barcelo Maya Palace. My Sister and I both had destination weddings a couple days apart in May 2011 at the Barcelo Maya Palace. We come from an Airline family and have been to Mexico 9 times before this trip.We were used to planning/booking our own vacations and were very scared to try a new resort chain and even more nervous to work with a travel agent.
